Redesigning the clinical screens so staff spend less time searching and more time with the patient
Alveolar is a dental patient management platform used by clinics to track patient records, visits, and treatments. The product had the right features, but they were scattered across disconnected screens. Clinical staff lost context mid-task and repeated work that should have taken seconds.

A unified patient profile designed to keep clinical information and visit actions within reach.
I joined with existing research, early wireframes, and an established product structure already in place. My job was interaction design, visual design, and developer handoff for the clinical workflows in scope: Visit Flow, Documents, Membership, Patient Notes, and mobile communication, including several screens that had no wireframe to start from.

Alveolar hasn't shipped yet, so this is intended impact, not measured results. Each decision targeted a specific friction the original research flagged: unclear system feedback, slow prescription entry, and buried patient files.
Feedback has to match the size of the action. A system-state change needs a system-state-sized signal, not a subtle color shift.
